Payments Returns & Shipping
Payments are currently accepted via :
- Debit/Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)
Note: Inorder to pay through Debit/Credit card you will be redirected to the paypal page , where u have to select "Dont have a PayPal Account ?" option. Your credit card will be processed by paypal, and you dont need a paypal account for this option.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned or exchanged. You must return the item within 15 days after the delivery.
1. If you want to return/exchange the item please fill in the form here within 5 days of receiving the item.
2. Additionally inform us at email@example.com as well after filling in the return form for keeping us informed.
- Customers have to bear the charges when shipping the item back to us.
- Custom made orders are not accepted back , so the refund policy is not applicable for custom orders.
A refund can be received by the customer either in terms of store credit or an actual refund to the source of payment of customer.
All orders are shipped within 12-15 working days. However for customized orders it may take 3 to 4 weeks. We keep our customers informed with a tracking number after we dispatch the bag.
Note : In some cases it may take extra time to complete the order, so we keep our customers informed.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information through which you can track your order.
Shipping is free of charge , however taxes & import duties are not included in the item price. It is buyers responsibility to pay these charges.
